Please allow 2 - 7 business days for delivery. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted by us. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name.

No refunds will be provided on shipping, should your order arrive later than expected. We are also unable to lodge requests on the customers behalf should delays occur. If a parcel does go missing and you are unable to locate you parcel via Australia Post, we ask you to contact us on info@marykateonnewtown.com
